1. About these terms

By placing an order with Zone14 you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

Zone14 sells premium fan-grade football jerseys. These are not licensed original Nike or Adidas products — they are high-quality replicas (sometimes called "Master Copy" in the BD market) made with match-grade fabric and accurate crest prints. We never represent these as licensed originals.

3. Orders

  • An order is confirmed once you receive a WhatsApp confirmation from us with your order reference (Z14-XXXXXX).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud.
  • Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Pricing & payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
  • For mobile financial services, payment is collected after we confirm your order.
  • Promotional codes (WC2026, MATCHDAY, etc.) are valid only during their stated period and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Customization

Custom name & number printing is heat-pressed. Once a jersey is customized it cannot be returned or exchanged for size or design reasons.

6. Delivery

Refer to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays beyond our control may occur.

8. Intellectual property

All site content (text, photos, design, code) is owned by Zone14 unless otherwise credited. Country crests and player names belong to their respective rights holders and are reproduced under fair use for fan-merchandise reference.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the affected item.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.

11. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always shown on this page.
